We provide a number of services including but not limited to conceptual design concepts, (based on operational criteria) feasibility studies, business plan development, market demographics, competition assessment, pro forma and budget development, equipment specifications and procurement, staff recruitment, etc.

In some instances based on competition, land and development cost, demographics, facility scope and other outside forces SMART will recommend that a facility does not get built or that the scope of the project is adjusted to better match the market conditions. We believe it is better to provide and honest assessment of your project than to lead you down a dark and winding road of failure.
